Our stay was incredibly frustrating. We booked a room but received a wrong room without any prior notice! The staff was unhelpful and uncommunicative, offering no apologies or accommodations for the mix-up. To top it off, they didn't honor our reservation pricing, leaving us feeling cheated and upset. It was the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time.
